账号注销是一项不可逆的操作。注销完成后,您将无法找回账号内的资料、动态、好友、虚拟道具与历史数据。请在确认后再提交注销申请。
注销方式
方式一:在 App 内注销(推荐)
- 打开 App,进入"我的"页面;
- 点击"设置 → 账号与安全 → 注销账号";
- 阅读注销说明并完成身份校验(短信验证码或邮箱验证);
- 提交注销申请,系统会进入冷静期(一般为 7 天);
- 冷静期内未登录,注销将自动完成;如冷静期内重新登录,注销申请自动取消。
方式二:通过邮件申请
如您无法登录 App,可通过邮件方式向我们发送注销申请,邮件需包含:
- 注册手机号 / 邮箱;
- 账号 ID(如有);
- 身份证明(用于核验本人身份);
- 注销原因(可选);
- 声明:"本人确认申请注销该账号并知悉相关后果。"
请将邮件发送至 gongshihui@chengxifun.com,主题注明"账号注销申请"。我们将在 15 个工作日内完成核验与处理。
将被删除的数据
- 账号基本信息(昵称、头像、生日、性别等);
- 登录凭证(手机号、邮箱、密码哈希);
- 用户内容(动态、评论、私信、上传的图片、视频、语音);
- 社交关系(关注、好友、黑名单、互动记录);
- 付费记录与虚拟道具(依法可保留必要财务凭证);
- 设备绑定与登录记录(按法律要求保留必要日志)。
可能保留的信息
出于法律法规、安全审计、财务合规等原因,以下信息可能在必要期限内继续保留:
- 法律法规要求保留的交易、税务记录等;
- 用于安全风控、反欺诈、争议处理的必要日志;
- 在公开内容中被他人引用、转发或评论的部分(视情况匿名化处理)。
处理时间
App 内注销的冷静期一般为 7 天,注销完成后大部分数据将在 30 天内完成删除或匿名化处理。邮件申请的核验与处理周期一般为 15 个工作日。

Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, you will not be able to recover your profile, posts, friends, virtual items, or history. Please confirm before submitting.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1: Delete in-app (recommended)
- Open the app and go to the "Me" tab;
- Tap "Settings → Account & Security → Delete Account";
- Read the deletion notice and verify your identity (SMS code or email);
- Submit the request — a cool-off period of typically 7 days begins;
- If you do not log in during the cool-off, deletion completes automatically. Logging back in cancels the request.
Option 2: Request via email
If you cannot access the app, you may email us a deletion request. Please include:
- Registered phone number / email;
- Account ID (if known);
- Proof of identity (for verification);
- Reason for deletion (optional);
- The statement: "I confirm I am applying to delete this account and understand the consequences."
Send the email to gongshihui@chengxifun.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We aim to complete verification and processing within 15 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Basic profile (username, avatar, birthday, gender, etc.);
- Login credentials (phone, email, password hashes);
- User content (posts, comments, DMs, uploaded images, videos, audio);
- Social relationships (follows, friends, block lists, interaction history);
- Payment records and virtual items (financial records may be retained as required by law);
- Device binding and login records (minimum logs retained as required by law).
Information We May Retain
For legal, audit, financial-compliance, or safety reasons, the following information may be retained for the required period:
- Transaction or tax records required by applicable law;
- Minimum necessary logs for safety, anti-fraud, and dispute resolution;
- Portions of your public content that have been quoted, reposted, or commented on by others (anonymized where appropriate).
Processing Time
The in-app cool-off period is typically 7 days. After deletion completes, most data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days. Email-based requests are typically reviewed and processed within 15 business days.

Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is irreversible — please proceed with care.
What about unused coins or virtual items?
Refunds are generally not offered. Please use or gift them (where supported) before requesting deletion.
Can I register again with the same phone number?
Yes, but risk-control policies may temporarily restrict re-registration with the same number.
