我们希望搭建一个安全、友善、互相尊重的社区环境。每一位用户都需要遵守以下规范。

我们的社区理念

澄汐致力于打造一个让用户基于兴趣、内容和真实互动建立连接的社区。我们相信良好的社区氛围需要每一位用户共同维护。请在使用我们的产品时，遵守以下规范并尊重他人。

请记住：规范同样适用于公开内容、私信、语音、动态、评论以及任何形式的互动。

禁止的内容与行为

1. 色情与不当性内容

  • 禁止裸露、色情图片、视频、文字、语音；
  • 禁止性暗示、性挑逗、性交易、约炮、色情交友；
  • 禁止物化他人或基于性别的不当言论。

2. 未成年人保护

  • 禁止任何危害未成年人的内容；
  • 禁止与未成年人进行不当沟通、诱导、剥削；
  • 禁止发布、传播包含未成年人的不当影像。

3. 骚扰、霸凌与威胁

  • 禁止持续骚扰、侮辱、贬低、嘲讽他人；
  • 禁止人身攻击、人肉搜索、隐私曝光；
  • 禁止对他人发出真实威胁，包括暴力、性、自残等。

4. 仇恨与歧视

  • 禁止基于民族、种族、宗教、性别、性取向、残疾等的仇恨言论；
  • 禁止鼓吹、宣传极端主义、恐怖主义。

5. 暴力、自残与自杀

  • 禁止发布血腥、暴力、虐待内容；
  • 禁止鼓励、教唆自残或自杀；
  • 禁止"挑战"类的危险行为示范。

6. 诈骗、违法与危险行为

  • 禁止诈骗、传销、洗钱、虚假交易；
  • 禁止赌博、毒品、武器、违禁品的发布与交易；
  • 禁止任何违反法律法规的行为。

7. 引流与广告

  • 禁止诱导用户跳转至站外平台或交易；
  • 禁止垃圾广告、刷屏、机器人式重复发布。

8. 冒充与虚假身份

  • 禁止冒充他人或机构；
  • 禁止使用虚假身份信息进行注册或运营账号；
  • 禁止发布虚假信息或谣言。

9. 知识产权与隐私

  • 禁止侵犯他人著作权、商标权、肖像权、隐私权；
  • 未经允许不得发布他人个人信息。

10. 滥用与作弊

  • 禁止使用脚本、机器人、外挂；
  • 禁止刷量、虚假互动、操纵榜单；
  • 禁止规避封禁、批量注册账号。

我们的处理方式

我们结合机器审核、人工审核以及用户举报机制对违规进行处置。根据违规情节，我们可能采取以下措施：

  • 删除违规内容；
  • 提示与警告；
  • 限制账号部分功能（发布、私信、关注、语音等）；
  • 临时封禁账号；
  • 永久封禁账号；
  • 禁止设备/IP 再次注册；
  • 对涉嫌违法的内容与行为，配合监管或司法机关依法处理。

当您发现违反社区规范的内容或行为时，可以通过以下方式举报：

我们会尽快审核您的举报并采取相应措施，并对举报人信息严格保密。

申诉

如您认为自己被错误处罚，可通过 帮助中心 或邮箱提起申诉。请提供账号信息、处罚通知截图及理由说明，我们将在合理时间内复核。

Our Community Principles

Chengxi is committed to building a community where users can connect through shared interests, content, and authentic interactions. We believe a healthy community requires every user to participate in upholding it. Please follow the guidelines below and respect others while using our products.

Remember: the guidelines apply equally to public content, direct messages, voice, posts, comments, and any form of interaction.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

1. Sexual and Pornographic Content

  • No nudity, pornographic images, videos, text, or audio;
  • No sexual solicitation, sex work, or sexually-oriented dating;
  • No objectification of others or gender-based misconduct.

2. Protection of Minors

  • Zero tolerance for content harmful to minors;
  • No grooming, exploitation, or inappropriate communication with minors;
  • No inappropriate imagery involving minors.

3. Harassment, Bullying, and Threats

  • No persistent harassment, insults, ridicule, or belittlement;
  • No personal attacks, doxing, or exposing private information;
  • No real-world threats including violence, sexual, or self-harm.

4. Hate and Discrimination

  • No hate speech based on nationality, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.;
  • No promotion of extremism or terrorism.

5. Violence, Self-Harm, and Suicide

  • No graphic, violent, or abusive content;
  • No encouragement or instruction of self-harm or suicide;
  • No dangerous "challenge" content.

6. Fraud, Illegality, and Dangerous Goods

  • No fraud, pyramid schemes, money laundering, or sham transactions;
  • No promotion or trading of gambling, drugs, weapons, or prohibited goods;
  • No conduct that violates applicable law.

7. Off-Platform Traffic and Spam

  • No directing users off-platform for transactions or contact exchange;
  • No spam, repetitive posting, or bot-like activity.

8. Impersonation and Fake Identity

  • No impersonating other individuals or organizations;
  • No registering or operating accounts under false identity;
  • No spreading misinformation or rumors.

9. Intellectual Property and Privacy

  • No infringement of others' copyright, trademark, image rights, or privacy;
  • Do not publish others' personal information without permission.

10. Abuse and Cheating

  • No use of scripts, bots, or unauthorized clients;
  • No fake metrics, manipulation of leaderboards, or coordinated inauthentic behavior;
  • No ban evasion or mass-account creation.

How We Enforce

We combine automated review, human moderation, and user reports to enforce these guidelines. Depending on severity, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Removal of violating content;
  • Warnings;
  • Restriction of account features (posting, DM, follow, voice, etc.);
  • Temporary account suspension;
  • Permanent account termination;
  • Blocking the device or IP from re-registering;
  • For potentially illegal content, cooperating with regulators or judicial authorities as required by law.

How to Report

When you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, you can report it via:

We will review your report and take appropriate action as soon as possible, and we will keep reporter information strictly confidential.

Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may submit an appeal via our Support Center or email. Please include account information, screenshots of the action, and your reasoning, and we will review within a reasonable period.
