如何注册账号?

打开 App,按提示输入手机号或邮箱,接收验证码后完成密码与基础资料设置即可注册。注册即视为接受 用户协议隐私政策

无法登录怎么办?

  • 检查手机号、邮箱与密码是否正确;
  • 使用"忘记密码"功能重置密码;
  • 检查网络状况;
  • 若提示异常或账号被锁,请通过 gongshihui@chengxifun.com 申诉。

如何修改个人资料?

进入 App "我的"页面,点击头像或资料编辑入口,可修改昵称、头像、性别、生日、地区等信息。涉及实名认证的内容修改可能需要审核。

如何修改绑定手机号 / 邮箱?

进入"设置 → 账号与安全",按提示验证当前手机号或邮箱后即可更换。

如何注销账号?

互动与安全

如何举报用户或内容?

在 App 内点击举报按钮,或访问 举报入口,按提示提交。

如何拉黑用户?

进入对方资料页,点击"更多 → 拉黑",被拉黑者无法再向您发送消息、关注或访问您的主页(视产品规则)。

如何删除自己发布的内容?

进入"我的 → 我的动态/内容",找到对应内容,点击"..."→"删除"。删除后不可恢复。

遇到诈骗或骚扰怎么办?

  • 立即停止互动并拉黑对方;
  • 通过 举报入口 提交证据;
  • 涉及违法的请及时报警;
  • 不要向陌生人转账或提供验证码。

申诉

账号被封禁怎么办?

可发送邮件至 gongshihui@chengxifun.com,主题注明"账号申诉",并提供:

  • 账号 ID 与注册手机号 / 邮箱;
  • 封禁通知截图;
  • 申诉理由与相关证据。

我们将在合理时间内复核并回复处理结果。

付费与虚拟道具

如何查看消费记录?

进入"我的 → 钱包 / 消费记录"查看。

购买后未到账怎么办?

请提供订单号、支付方式与时间,通过邮件联系客服。

是否支持退款?

虚拟道具一经使用、消耗或赠送,原则上不予退还,法律法规另有规定的除外。

Account

How do I register?

Open the app, enter a phone number or email, and follow the prompts to receive a verification code and set up your password and basic profile. Registration implies acceptance of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What if I can't log in?

  • Check that your phone number, email, and password are correct;
  • Use "Forgot password" to reset;
  • Check your network connection;
  • If your account appears locked, appeal at gongshihui@chengxifun.com.

How do I edit my profile?

Open the "Me" tab and tap your avatar or the edit entry to change your username, avatar, gender, birthday, and region. Changes that involve real-name verification may require review.

How do I change my bound phone / email?

Go to "Settings → Account & Security" and follow the prompts to verify your current phone or email, then swap.

How do I delete my account?

See our Account Deletion page.

Interaction and Safety

How do I report a user or content?

Tap the in-app Report button or visit our Report Abuse page and follow the prompts.

How do I block a user?

Open their profile, tap "More → Block". A blocked user can no longer DM, follow, or view your profile (depending on product rules).

How do I delete content I posted?

Go to "Me → My posts/content", find the item, tap "..." → "Delete". Deletion is irreversible.

What if I encounter fraud or harassment?

  • Stop interacting and block the user;
  • Submit evidence via the Report Abuse page;
  • Contact local authorities for criminal matters;
  • Never transfer money or share verification codes with strangers.

Appeals

What if my account is banned?

Email gongshihui@chengxifun.com with the subject "Account Appeal", and include:

  • Account ID and bound phone / email;
  • Screenshot of the ban notice;
  • Reason for appeal and supporting evidence.

We will review and respond within a reasonable period.

Payment and Virtual Items

How do I view my purchase history?

Go to "Me → Wallet / Transactions".

What if my purchase didn't arrive?

Email customer support with your order number, payment method, and time of purchase.

Are refunds supported?

Virtual items are generally non-refundable once used, consumed, or gifted, except where required by law.
