1. 协议范围
本《用户协议》（以下简称"本协议"）是您（以下简称"用户"或"您"）与广州澄汐科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"或"澄汐"）之间就使用我们运营的网站、移动应用及相关服务（统称"服务"）所达成的协议。您注册、登录或以任何方式使用我们的服务，即视为您已阅读、理解并同意接受本协议全部内容，以及《隐私政策》《社区规范》等相关规则。
如您不同意本协议的任何条款，请立即停止注册或使用我们的服务。
2. 账号注册与使用
- 用户应使用真实、准确、完整的信息进行注册，并及时更新；
- 用户应妥善保管账号与密码，因泄露造成的损失由用户自行承担；
- 账号仅供注册用户本人使用，不得出借、出售、转让或共享；
- 若发现账号被盗用或异常登录，应立即通知我们；
- 未满 18 周岁的未成年人须在监护人指导和同意下使用本服务；
- 我们保留拒绝注册、暂停或终止账号的权利。
3. 用户内容与许可
"用户内容"是指您通过我们的服务发布、上传、传输、分享的任何信息，包括但不限于文字、图片、音频、视频、动态、评论等。
- 您保留对自己用户内容的合法权利；
- 您承诺所发布内容不侵犯任何第三方的合法权益；
- 您授予澄汐一项全球范围内、免版税、可转授权的非独占许可，以便我们运营、推广、改进服务所必需的存储、复制、展示、传输、分发您的用户内容；
- 您对自己发布的内容承担全部法律责任。
4. 禁止行为
使用我们的服务时，您不得从事以下行为，否则我们有权立即采取处置措施：
- 发布违反国家法律法规、公共秩序或社会公德的内容；
- 色情、裸露、性暗示、性交易、色情交友等内容或行为；
- 涉及未成年人不当内容的发布、传播、诱导；
- 骚扰、霸凌、人身攻击、威胁、跟踪、仇恨言论、歧视；
- 暴力、血腥、自残、自杀诱导、危险行为示范；
- 诈骗、赌博、传销、洗钱、非法交易；
- 引导用户跳转至站外进行交易或获取联系方式；
- 冒充他人或虚假身份注册、运营账号；
- 侵犯他人著作权、商标权、肖像权、隐私权等合法权益；
- 使用爬虫、自动化脚本、机器人或其他技术手段获取数据、批量注册、刷量；
- 垃圾广告、刷屏、恶意营销；
- 规避我们的安全机制、内容审核或封禁措施；
- 任何其他违反法律法规或本协议的行为。
5. 内容审核与处罚
我们采用机器审核与人工审核相结合的方式对用户内容进行审查。根据违规情节轻重，我们可能采取以下措施：
- 删除违规内容；
- 限制账号部分功能（如发布、私信、关注等）；
- 临时封禁账号；
- 永久封禁账号；
- 对涉嫌违法的内容，我们将依法配合监管或司法机关进行处理。
用户对处罚措施有异议的，可通过 帮助中心 或 gongshihui@chengxifun.com 提起申诉。
6. 虚拟道具与付费
如服务中涉及虚拟道具、金币、礼物、会员或其他付费功能：
- 虚拟道具仅限于在我们的服务内使用，不得用于真实货币兑换、提现或在站外交易；
- 付费虚拟道具一旦购买、消耗或赠送，原则上不予退还，但法律法规另有规定的除外；
- 虚拟道具的有效期、价格、规则以服务内公示为准；
- 账号被封禁的情形下，虚拟道具不予退还、补偿。
7. 知识产权
除用户内容外，本服务涉及的所有著作权、商标权、专利权及其他知识产权均归澄汐或相应权利人所有。未经书面授权，任何人不得擅自复制、修改、传播、转载、商业使用我们的产品资源。
8. 免责声明
- 我们将尽力维持服务的稳定运行，但不保证 100% 不间断；
- 因不可抗力、网络故障、设备故障等造成的服务中断或数据损失，我们在法律允许的最大范围内免责；
- 用户之间的纠纷由相关用户自行解决，我们可在合理范围内提供协助；
- 第三方链接或第三方服务的内容由相应主体负责，我们不承担连带责任。
9. 服务变更与终止
我们可能根据业务需要对服务进行升级、调整、暂停或终止，并通过站内通知、公告或其他方式告知。您也可以随时通过 账号注销页面 终止与我们的协议。
10. 争议解决
本协议的订立、履行、解释及争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。如双方因本协议发生争议，应首先协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向我们公司所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

1. Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between you ("User", "you") and Guangzhou Chengxi Technology Co., Ltd. ("Chengxi", "we", "us") regarding your use of the websites, mobile applications, and related services we operate (collectively, the "Services"). By registering for, logging into, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please stop registering for or using the Services immediately.
2. Account Registration and Use
- Users must register with truthful, accurate, complete information and keep it up to date;
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials; losses caused by leakage are borne by the user;
- Accounts are for the registered user's personal use only and may not be lent, sold, transferred, or shared;
- Users must notify us promptly upon discovering unauthorized access or unusual activity;
- Minors under 18 must use the Services under the guidance and consent of a parent or guardian;
- We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts.
3. User Content and License
"User Content" means any information you post, upload, transmit, or share through our Services, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, posts, and comments.
- You retain lawful rights to your User Content;
- You warrant that your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights;
- You grant Chengxi a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to store, reproduce, display, transmit, and distribute your User Content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Services;
- You are fully responsible for the legal consequences of the content you publish.
4. Prohibited Conduct
When using our Services, you must NOT engage in any of the following, otherwise we may take immediate enforcement action:
- Posting content that violates laws, public order, or social morality;
- Pornographic, nude, sexually suggestive content, sex work, or sexual solicitation;
- Content harmful to minors, including grooming or sexualization;
- Harassment, bullying, personal attacks, threats, stalking, hate speech, discrimination;
- Violence, gore, self-harm, suicide promotion, dangerous acts;
- Fraud, gambling, pyramid schemes, money laundering, illegal trade;
- Directing users off-platform to conduct transactions or exchange contact information;
- Impersonation or registration/operation of accounts under false identity;
- Infringement of others' copyright, trademark, image rights, or privacy;
- Use of crawlers, scripts, bots, or other technical means to scrape data, mass-register, or inflate metrics;
- Spam, repetitive posting, malicious marketing;
- Circumventing our safety, moderation, or ban mechanisms;
- Any other behavior that violates law or these Terms.
5. Content Moderation and Penalties
We use a combination of automated and human review to moderate User Content. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may take any of the following actions:
- Removal of offending content;
- Restriction of account features (e.g., posting, direct messaging, following);
- Temporary account suspension;
- Permanent account termination;
- For potentially illegal content, we will cooperate with regulators or judicial authorities as required by law.
If you disagree with an enforcement action, you may file an appeal via the Support Center or gongshihui@chengxifun.com.
6. Virtual Items and Payment
Where the Services involve virtual items, coins, gifts, memberships, or paid features:
- Virtual items may only be used within our Services and may not be exchanged for real currency, cashed out, or traded off-platform;
- Once purchased, consumed, or gifted, paid virtual items are generally non-refundable, except where required by law;
- Validity periods, prices, and rules of virtual items shall be subject to the in-product notices;
- Virtual items are not refunded or compensated where accounts are banned.
7. Intellectual Property
Other than User Content, all copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to Chengxi or the respective rights holders. No party may copy, modify, distribute, republish, or commercially use our resources without written authorization.
8. Disclaimers
- We will strive to maintain the stable operation of the Services but do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability;
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for service interruption or data loss caused by force majeure, network failure, or equipment failure;
- Disputes among users shall be resolved by the users themselves; we may assist within reasonable limits;
- Content on third-party links or services is the responsibility of the respective parties, and we bear no joint liability.
9. Service Changes and Termination
We may upgrade, adjust, suspend, or terminate the Services for business reasons, with notice via in-app messages, announcements, or other means. You may terminate the agreement with us at any time via the Account Deletion page.
10. Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring suit in the competent People's Court in the place where our company is located.
