我们将安全治理融入到产品的每一个环节，包括内容生产前的提示、内容生产后的审核、用户互动中的反骚扰机制，以及违规事件后的复盘改进。
内容审核
- 机器审核：使用文本、图片、音频识别模型，对违规风险内容进行实时检测；
- 人工审核：专业审核团队 7×24 处理疑难、敏感与高风险内容；
- 风险分级：对不同风险级别的内容采取限制曝光、降权、删除等差异化处置；
- 申诉通道：用户可对处置结果发起申诉，由独立复核团队处理。
举报机制
- 内容页面与用户资料页面均提供一键举报入口；
- 支持举报：违法违规、骚扰、色情、未成年人风险、诈骗等多种类型；
- 支持上传截图、补充说明，加快审核效率；
- 对举报人信息严格保密；

拉黑与屏蔽
- 用户可以随时拉黑任意账号，被拉黑者无法再与您互动；
- 支持关键词屏蔽、内容屏蔽，过滤不希望看到的内容；
- 支持隐私设置（如关闭陌生人私信、关闭附近的人等）。
反骚扰与反欺诈
- 异常账号行为检测：高频发送、批量操作、跨账号串联等会被自动识别；
- 反欺诈模型：对疑似诈骗私信、链接、二维码等进行拦截或风险提示；
- 陌生人保护：提供新用户保护期、首条消息提示等。
未成年人保护
- 注册流程包含年龄合规校验；
- 对疑似未成年用户启用更严格的内容过滤与功能限制；
- 禁止未成年人参与付费打赏、虚拟物品交易等场景；

账号安全
- 密码加密存储，敏感操作需多因素验证；
- 异常登录提醒与一键下线；
- 账号被盗或异常请第一时间通过 帮助中心 反馈。
使用安全提示
1. 不要随意点击陌生人发送的链接或二维码；
2. 不要向陌生人转账、提供验证码、付款码或个人证件；
3. 不要轻信"线下见面""带刷单""低价兑换"等诱导信息；
4. 遇到可疑情形请立即举报并停止互动；
5. 涉及违法风险请及时报警并保留证据。

我们与执法部门、行业组织保持沟通，配合法律法规要求处理违法内容与用户案例。

How We Keep the Community Safe
We embed safety governance into every step of our products — from pre-publish prompts and post-publish review to anti-harassment mechanisms in interactions, and incident review afterwards.
Content Moderation
- Automated review: text, image, and audio models detect at-risk content in real time;
- Human review: a dedicated moderation team handles edge cases, sensitive material, and high-risk content around the clock;
- Risk tiers: we apply differentiated actions — exposure limits, demotion, removal — depending on risk level;
- Appeals: users can appeal moderation outcomes; an independent team conducts the second review.
Reporting Mechanism
- One-tap reporting is available on every content and profile page;
- Categories include illegal content, harassment, sexual content, risk to minors, fraud, and more;
- Reporters can upload screenshots and add notes to expedite review;
- Reporter information is kept strictly confidential;

Block and Mute
- Users can block any account at any time — blocked users cannot interact with you again;
- Keyword and content filters are available to hide content you don't want to see;
- Privacy settings (e.g., disable DMs from strangers, disable nearby visibility) are supported.
Anti-Harassment and Anti-Fraud
- Anomalous-behavior detection: high-frequency sending, mass operations, and cross-account collusion are flagged automatically;
- Anti-fraud models intercept or warn about suspicious DMs, links, and QR codes;
- Stranger protection: new-user protection windows and first-message prompts.
Protection of Minors
- Age compliance checks are part of registration;
- Stricter content filters and feature limits are applied to suspected minor accounts;
- Minors are barred from paid tipping and virtual-item trading;
- Parents and guardians may reach out at gongshihui@chengxifun.com with concerns.
Account Security
- Passwords are stored encrypted; sensitive operations require multi-factor verification;
- Anomalous-login alerts and one-tap sign-out;
- If your account is compromised, report immediately via our Support Center.
Safety Tips
1. Don't click links or scan QR codes from strangers;
2. Never transfer money, share verification codes, payment codes, or ID documents with strangers;
3. Be skeptical of offers like "offline meetups", "task-running gigs", or "low-price exchanges";
4. Report and stop interacting at the first sign of suspicious behavior;
5. For situations involving potential illegality, contact local authorities and preserve evidence.
Cooperation and Contact
We maintain communication with law enforcement and industry organizations and cooperate with legal requirements regarding unlawful content and user cases.
